Introducing the IGS ZEN Compressor, a unique audio compressor inspired by the legendary units used in Abbey Road Studios. Each channel’s audio circuit comprises 14 bi-polar transistors, with compression achieved through eight hand-matched Zener diodes, ensuring precise and musical compression.
The IGS ZEN features 24-position Elma switches for accurate control, Mid/Side processing via OpAmp M-S encoding/decoding, a sidechain high-pass filter with selectable frequencies (120Hz, 60Hz, Off), stereo linking capability, and a wet/dry mixer adjustable from 0 to 100% in 4 dB steps.
With a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz (±0.2dB), attack times ranging from 0.1 to 30 ms, and release times from 0.1 to 4 seconds, the IGS ZEN Compressor offers exceptional flexibility and performance for professional audio applications.
