The Vacuvox CL-2 compressor/limiter, predecessor to the Vacuvox U23, is based on the Rohde & Schwarz U23 broadcast limiter. Enhanced with adjustable attack, release, and compression ratio controls, it offers greater versatility for studio use. Retaining key original components, the CL-2 adds harmonic richness when the gain is lowered, creating a warm, euphoric sound.
