ITI Audio (International Telephone Inc.) was an American company known for its pioneering role in audio equalisation technology during the 1960s and 1970s. ITI developed the original parametric equaliser, designed by George Massenburg, which revolutionised audio processing by allowing precise control over frequency, bandwidth, and gain. This innovation became a cornerstone in modern audio engineering and inspired countless EQ designs that followed.
