The Boss RRV-10 Digital Reverb, released in 1987 put digital reverb within reach of every musician.

Boss RRV-10 Digital Reverb Details

The newest addition to the BOSS line of popular Micro Studio series effects is the Boss RRV-10 Digital Reverb. The core of the Boss RRV-10 is a Digital Signal Processing LSI developed by the engineers at BOSS. Compact and easy-to-use, the Boss RRV-10 offers sound quality and versatility comparable to much more expensive digital reverb units.

The Boss RRV-10 features nine modes to simulate a variety of acoustic environments ranging from a small room to a large hall as well as a variety of effects including reverse reverb, gated reverb, and mufti-tapped delay.

Once a reverb mode is selected, the Boss RRV-10 automatically sets the optimum high-frequency damping and pre-delay time to the selected mode, making operation easy. The reverb time can be continuously adjusted between 0.2 and IO seconds using the Decay Time control.

Features

  • A pre-equaliser tailors the tone colour of the sound before it goes through the reverb circuitry.
  • A newly designed nose reduction circuit ensures low noise operation at all times.
  • Stereo output jacks allow broad, realistic stereo reverb effects.
  • A special Input Cancellation system allows smooth transitions from effects to normal sound.
