H2 Audio 0011 Mic Pre and 3-Band EQ

The H2 Audio 0011 Mic Pre and 3-Band EQ is the original channel module from so many iconic studio recordings of the past.

H2 Audio 0011 Mic Pre and 3-Band EQ Details

The H2 Audio 0011 features the original Helios 2128 preamp circuit with 70dB of gain in 5dB increments. 20dB pad, Lustraphone input transformer. A balanced line in section is also featured. Inductor based LF/MF EQ section with selectable LF and MF and fixed 10Khz HF controls. Also included: Phase control, EQ bypass and selectable High Pass filter with original 40hz and 80hz filter points.

The H2 Audio 0011 has an added output amplifier with output transformer, all of original Helios design, allowing the H2 Audio 0011 to drive a 600 ohm load up to 25dB before clipping (owners of classic Helios modules will agree that this was a major issue when trying to use a classic Helios in a custom rack). 48V phantom power is supplied by switch on the H2 Audio 8 channel rack.
